Flat rate is determined by the value of your home. With your flat rate you get access to local MLS and 100s of other real estate websites all promoting your home. From here your choose the additional services you want. You choose your level of savings, by choosing only the additional services you'd like.

Photo Package

Lockbox Rental

Gives flexibility to sellers & accountability for showings. You know only licensed agents will have access to your home. You will be notified when agents request listings, and you will be given a record of every agent who shows your home.

Hosted Open House

3hrs Open House We handle all he heavy lifting. From advertising your open house with notices on the MLS to signage on the street, & printed materials. Our team of licensed agents hosts your open house. ​

Agent Representative Services

Representation adds a whole new level of service. The perfect choice if you're looking for an agent to handle all the ins and outs of a real estate transaction, but you're still looking to save THOUSANDS over a traditional brokerage. With agent representation, disclosure production and delivery is included. We provide and deliver all disclosures for you to virtually sign. It's streamlined, but still provides you with the highest level of liability protection. Offer review & response are included with representation. We make responding to offers easy with our completely virtual offer response system.

Transaction Coordinator

Your transaction coordinator is a lifeline to a smooth escrow Your transaction coordinator (TC) makes sure timelines are met, and documents are where they need to be when they need to be there.. TC services are required and only available with Representative Services

***A La Carte Service only available on Single Family Residential properties. Not available on multi-family, duplex, triplex, 4-plex, or any dwelling with more than one residence. Not available on commercial listings. Not available on sale of land. Not available on bank owned properties, REOs, short sales, foreclosures. Once you complete the Questionnaire, you will be sent an invoice along with a Limited Listing Services agreement. Simply sign the invoice and the agreement, and you’re on your way to selling your home. Oh, and saving THOUSANDS!
